Celebrating the life of

Emmaline Blu Harvin

January 04, 2008 - November 16, 2012

Emmaline Blu Harvin

On November 16, 2012, Emmaline Blu Harvin peacefully passed into the arms of Jesus while her mommy and daddy held her and sang her to sleep.

She was born January 4, 2008 to Blu and Allyson Harvin. She leaves behind her sissy, Edison Kate Harvin and brothers, Crews and Caden Boyette. She is survived by proud grandparents, Bob and Toni Harvin of Savannah, Andrew and Victoria Guest of Mount Pleasant, SC and great grandmother Carrie Nelle Mims of Andrews, SC. She was also dearly loved and will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Her sweet spirit deeply touched everyone who met her, all of whom are quick to agree that they are better for having known her. Her radiant smile brought joy and her love brought healing. Mostly, her life brought us face-to-face with God. We now celebrate God's precious gift to us with thanksgiving, forever grateful to have held a glimpse of Jesus in our arms and a hope of heaven in our hearts.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel, 7200 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, GA 31406.

Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Savannah Christian - East Campus, 9150 Old Montgomery Road, Savannah, GA 31406 with burial following at Bonaventure Cemetery.

Remembrances to Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society, c/o Candy Bogardus, 322 Saint Johns Rd., Guyton, GA 31312.

Lilyonna and Emma Blu were in class together for the 2 year old class with Ms. Heather and for the 3 year old class with Ms. Kathleen. Lily often came home talking about how much fun she had playing with Emma Blu. She always noticed when Emma Blu wasn't in class. She was such a happy and fun loving little girl and she will be deeply missed. We pray for some peace for the family and to please let us know if we can help in any way in this sad time.
